At the top of this banner is a loose valence which is fringed, and embroidered on the valence in gold colored silk, “Knights of Columbus.” Under the valence on the banner is the Emblem of The Order or 4th Degree embroidered emblem, also your Council Number, City and State, embroidered in gold silk. Mounted on a cross bar, and has an upright staff, with a cross top. It is also furnished with a stand.
